Mentoring System

Mentoring the students is an essential component of the education system as it provides emotional and instrumental support as well as guidance, motivation, and a healthy environment in the institute. The institute mentoring system pairs students (mentees) with faculty or senior mentors to provide personalized guidance, support academic progress, and address personal challenges. It fosters a structured relationship aimed at holistic student development.
